Subscribing is optional. We store your email address, delivery preference, confirmation and unsubscribe status, and a record of the messages sent to you. You must confirm your address before a subscription begins.

Email is sent through Resend. Subscription records are held in Cloudflare D1, and the signup and preference pages run on Vercel. We do not import your address into unrelated mailing lists or sell it. Newsletter links do not contain tracking redirects or open-tracking pixels.

You can choose new writing at most once per day or one Sunday digest. We skip deliveries when there is nothing new. Every newsletter includes preference and unsubscribe links. After you unsubscribe, we retain a suppression record to prevent further newsletter delivery. To request removal of your subscription data, email me@sabya.co.

Signup requests use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. They are not used for advertising. Provider services may retain security and delivery logs under their own policies.
